Bed and Breakfast SeeYou does not use cookies on its site.
STORED DATA
Data is stored on our site. However, this is limited to the booking details of our customers. These are required to process the booking. Only matters that are important are stored and no personal data such as gender, date of birth etc. This data will be saved:
- Name
- Address
- Phonenumber
- E-mail address
- Reservation details (period, accommodation, amount)
Data is also only stored from the main booker, not from the other guests.
ACCESS TO STORED DATA
Stored data is only available to the owners of Bed and Breakfast SeeYou and the system administrator. They can only access the data with special passwords.
STORAGE TERM
The stored data has a retention period of 7 years. This is due to an obligation of the tax authorities. The data is then deleted.
USE OF DATA
We only use the data for the booking and legal obligations. We do not use the data for other purposes such as delivery to third parties etc.
Bed and Breakfast SeeYou reserves the right to contact customers by email. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can simply unsubscribe.
SECURITY
Booking data is stored on the server of our website. Backups are performed a few times a day. Furthermore, the data is not stored or used anywhere else.
Our website ensures that all data entered by the customer is sent encrypted. The site runs under an SSL security certificate (locksign next to the internet address).
RIGHT OF REMOVAL
Customers have the right to request that their data must be deleted. Bed and Breakfast SeeYou will do so if it does not conflict with legislation in the Netherlands or Europe. In that case, contact us via our contact form.
COMPLAINTS
